Consultation

We begin with a focused discussion to understand your site, vision, budget and expectations.
This is not a casual conversation. It is a structured starting point that allows us to define the right pathway forward and ensure alignment from day one.

Design & Feasibility

We develop your concept design alongside early cost guidance and buildability review.
Every decision is tested against your site conditions, budget and construction requirements to ensure the design is not only considered, but achievable.

Pre-Construction

This is where projects are either set up properly or left exposed to risk.
We coordinate all investigations, selections and documentation, resolving scope, detailing and key decisions before construction begins.
This stage is critical to eliminating variations and ensuring a controlled build.

Costing & Contract

With documentation complete, we present a clear and comprehensive fixed price proposal.
Scope, inclusions and allowances are fully defined, providing certainty and alignment before entering into contract.

Construction

Your home is delivered through a structured, stage-based construction process with consistent supervision and strict quality control.
Trades are coordinated, standards are maintained and progress is managed with precision.

Completion & Handover

We carry out a detailed final review to ensure every element meets our standard.
Your home is delivered with all contracted works complete with all documentation and certifications for a smooth, well-managed handover.

Known for building strong client relationships, Tafline communicates every step of the process, sources and quotes selections, and keeps projects running on time and on budget. Her organizational skills and attention to detail ensure a seamless, luxury home building experience, while her personal touch makes every client feel supported and confident throughout their journey.
Outside of work, Tafline enjoys family time, walking, boating, travelling and spending time with their 2 miniature schnauzers.
Leo Bandiera
Director & Building Supervisor
Leo ensures that every project reflects the core pillars of Build Prestige Homes: quality, integrity, and client satisfaction. With over 40 years of experience, he manages on-site quality control, supervises workmanship and materials to the highest standards and ensures every home is both functional and stunning.
Leo builds strong relationships with clients, communicates effectively with trades and suppliers and maintains a positive team environment. A forward-thinker and problem solver, he anticipates challenges before they arise, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Outside of work, Leo enjoys family time, golf, boating, and travelling — grounding the same passion and precision he brings to every home.
